We are committed to providing a smooth, fair, and transparent experience for all our customers in the US.


1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with Usa consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us by email within this period.
The date your message is received will be considered the official cancellation date.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected in accordance with the conditions below.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • If cancelled before dispatch → full refund issued
  • If already dispatched → cancellation is no longer possible

In this case, you must wait to receive the item and follow the return process.

Order processing time: 1–3 business days after purchase.


3. Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Return Procedure

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return

Returns sent without prior written approval and instructions will not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.


5. Return Address

Returns must only be sent after approval to the address provided by our support team.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect choice
    → The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item) →
    → We will cover all return shipping costs

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

After review, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
